OOC: Jack's rules
1. Jack cannot transform other people, only himself.
2. Jack is not a healer, except perhaps in the sense of comfort. He can make people feel better but not heal physical wounds.
3. Jack raises himself from the dead (with Sheila's help?) but definately needs her help to raise another person.
4. He knows who's pregnant in the bar, and how the babies are doing.
5. Becoming Herne wears him the hell out.
6. He is Aware of all living things on Earth, with a particular focus on Britain. (Which Earth? Well, that's a riddle, isn't it.) He has more knowledge of the thoughts and feelings of mortals, but he knows when he encounters divine or demonic beings--knows what they are and often who they are as well.
And not a rule, just a mental image: when Jack is dancing, really joyfully dancing, it's a very flaily arms-everywhere jumping-around kind of dance.
